Kiosks & Payment Terminals

The Kiosks section features a non-standard layout compared to other hardware views. Instead of a traditional data table, it utilizes a card-based interface. This section is designed primarily for technical support, allowing them to independently monitor the physical kiosk machine and the payment terminal application running on it.

Searching and Filtering

You can easily locate specific payment machines across your parking facilities using the filter options:

Status: Filter the displayed cards to show only connected or disconnected devices.
Search: Find a specific kiosk using a basic text search.
Zone: Use the selector to view kiosks located in specific parking zones.

Understanding the Kiosk Cards

Each card on the screen represents a single kiosk station and is split into distinct functional parts.

The Card Header: The top of the card displays the assigned parking zone name. It also contains a button to toggle a quick note view and an edit button to access the deeper detailed view (please note that the detailed view functionality for kiosks is currently under active development and will be covered in future updates).
Part 1: The Kiosk (Core Hardware): This upper section displays information about the main machine. It includes the Kiosk name, data (such as the software version), the IP address, and its current Status.
Part 2: The Terminal (Payment Application): This lower section focuses strictly on the payment processing unit. It displays the Terminal name, data (such as the serial number), its IP address, and its operational Status.

Remote Reboot Functionality

Both "Part 1" and "Part 2" feature their own dedicated Reboot buttons.
If a customer reports a frozen payment screen but the core kiosk is still online, a technician can click Reboot specifically in the Terminal section to restart just the payment application without taking the entire hardware unit offline.
Conversely, if the core operating system is unresponsive, the technician can reboot the main Kiosk.
