Security & Fraud Prevention

Your security is our priority. Scammers may attempt to impersonate EuroPark or Friida via emails, phone calls, or even physical stickers. Please note that EuroPark always sends notifications only from domains ending in europark.ee. The company confirms that no customer data has been leaked.

Please follow these guidelines to stay safe:

  • We Never Call Regarding Payments: EuroPark/Friida will never call you to ask for your bank card details, account passwords, or to demand immediate payment over the phone. I

The best solution is to hang up immediately. But if you did answer and feel that you are being intimidated with fines or rushed:

    • Stop and take a pause: Scammers always create a sense of urgency. Our real employees are willing to wait.
    • Do not share numbers: We will never ask you to provide codes from text messages or your card details.
    • Drop the call: Hang up without explaining your reasons. If you have any doubts about whether everything is fine with your payment, simply call our official customer support.
  • Beware of "Refund" Scams: We have been alerted to scam emails promising users a refund for supposed "unjust parking expenses." This is a phishing attempt. Do not click on any links or download attachments from such emails.
  • Do Not Engage: If you receive a suspicious email or text, do not respond. Scammers use replies to confirm that an email address or phone number is active.

  • Check for Fake QR Codes: Scammers may place fraudulent QR code stickers over the official ones on parking signs or kiosks. Before scanning, inspect the QR code — if it looks like a sticker pasted over the original text or seems suspicious, do not use it.

  • Verify the Web Address (URL): Always check your browser's address bar. Official payments and account management take place only on our official domains: friida.europark.ee or end with /europark.ee. If the URL contains misspellings or looks unusual, close the page immediately.
