Managing Vehicles & Payment Cards

To get the most out of your Friida account and enjoy a truly "free-flow" experience, you can link your vehicles and payment methods directly to your profile. Once set up, you can simply drive in and drive out without any extra steps.

Managing Your Vehicles

If you drive multiple cars or share a vehicle with family members, you can easily manage them all in one place.

• Adding a Vehicle: Navigate to your profile settings and enter the license plate number of the car you want to add.
• Removing a Vehicle: If you sold your car or no longer want to pay for its parking, simply remove the license plate from your list of saved vehicles.

Note: Always remember to remove a vehicle if you no longer own it to avoid paying for someone else's parking.

Setting Up Automatic Payments

If you visit frequently, the most convenient option is to attach a bank card to your account and pay automatically upon exit.

• Adding a Card: Go to the payment section in your self-service portal to save your credit or debit card details securely.
• Managing Cards: The portal allows you to view your currently saved cards, check their active status, or delete a card at any time.

How Automatic Payment Works

Once your vehicle's license plate and your payment card are both linked to your account, the system does the rest.

1. When you drive out of the parking facility, the exit cameras will read your license plate.
2. The system will automatically calculate your parking fee and charge the saved payment card.
3. You will see a green screen at the exit ("See you soon!") confirming that your session is successfully completed.
