Account Registration & Login

Creating a free Friida account is the best way to manage your parking if you visit frequently. With an account, you can set up automatic payments, manage multiple vehicles, and view your entire parking history.

1. Creating an Account

Registering is quick and easy. To create your account, you will need to provide the following details (View registration page):

• First and Last Name.
• Email address (this will be your primary identifier).
• Password.
• Estonian Personal ID code (optional).
• Agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

Important Tip about the Estonian ID Code: While entering your Estonian Personal ID code is optional during registration, we highly recommend adding it if you have one. Providing this code allows you to use the quick Smart ID login method later. If you do not have an Estonian ID code, simply leave the field blank.

2. Logging In

Once registered, you have two ways to log into your Friida portal (View login page):

• Traditional Login: Enter your registered email address and password. If you ever forget your password, you can easily reset it using the "Forgot password" link, which will send a one-time password to your email.
• Smart ID: If you linked your Estonian Personal ID code to your profile, you can log in securely and quickly using only your Smart ID.
